Eligibility to Use Services

Services are intended for adult professionals capable of entering binding agreements and participating in training activities. Corporate representatives should ensure they have authority to register on behalf of their organization.

Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll. If enrolling on behalf of a minor for a corporate sponsorship, the enrolling party must provide proof of authorization and comply with applicable local laws.

Users must use becybrixlo services lawfully and not for purposes that violate local regulations in Thailand or other applicable jurisdictions. Prohibited uses include fraudulent activity, harassment, and attempts to disrupt training delivery.

Access to certain programs or features may be restricted in some countries for legal or logistical reasons. Applicants outside Thailand should confirm local availability and any cross-border restrictions before enrolling.

Services Provided

becybrixlo offers workshops, seminars, online modules, coaching sessions and downloadable materials focused on economic strategy and spiritual leadership for business leaders. Content emphasizes real-world scenarios, case studies and actionable frameworks suited to executive decision-making.

We may modify, pause or discontinue services, including specific training modules or schedules. Where changes materially affect paid enrollments, we will communicate alternatives such as rescheduling, credit toward future sessions, or partial refunds as described under paid services.

We strive to maintain high availability for online resources but cannot ensure uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary service disruptions. We will provide advance notice where practicable.

User-Provided Content

Participants may submit case examples, discussion notes, assignments, or feedback during programs. By submitting content you affirm that it does not infringe others' rights and that you have permission to share any third-party material.

You retain ownership of original materials you provide to becybrixlo. For collaborative exercises and group sessions, contributions may be used in anonymized form for teaching, case repositories and improvement of our programs.

By submitting content, you grant becybrixlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and distribute the content for program delivery, marketing in anonymized form, and internal training purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring user-provided content is truthful, lawful and free of sensitive personal data unless explicit consent from affected parties is provided. becybrixlo may remove content that violates these terms.

Requests to remove user-contributed content should be sent to [email protected] with details. We will evaluate and act in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations, balancing rights to access with privacy concerns.

Paid Services

Paid services include live masterclasses, coaching packages, corporate workshops and access to premium digital resources provided by becybrixlo. Fees are specified on registration pages and in enrollment confirmations.

Prices for programs are published on the website and may vary by region, format and instructor. Pricing for bespoke corporate workshops is provided in proposals. All prices are in the currency indicated during checkout and include any mandatory local taxes where applicable.

Payments are accepted via the payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure enrollment. For corporate invoices, payment terms will be specified on the invoice and must be observed to maintain booking.

Subscription services, where offered, renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Participants will receive reminders and can manage subscriptions through their account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds for paid services are evaluated case-by-case. For cancellations made within stated refund windows published on the program page, partial or full refunds may be available less any non-refundable fees. For corporate engagements, refund terms are set out in the contract. We also offer rescheduling or credit options in certain circumstances; please contact [email protected] to discuss alternatives.

Participants who cancel outside published refund windows may be offered credit toward future programs at the discretion of becybrixlo. We may cancel sessions due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability or force majeure; in such cases affected participants will be offered alternatives or refunds.

Participants are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. Where becybrixlo is required to collect local taxes, these will be shown at checkout and remitted as required by law in Thailand.

We may change prices for future program offerings. Price changes do not affect confirmed enrollments except where extraordinary circumstances require adjustment and are communicated in writing to registrants.

Non-payment for corporate invoices may result in suspension of access to services and, where unresolved, referral to collections. Unpaid invoices may also affect future enrollment eligibility.
